Classic Family portraits take place in one of many Atlanta-area locations, or even in your home.
Heirloom Children
While you may not have known what to call them, I promise you've seen an heirloom portrait before, and I must admit... I am SO obsessed! Traditionally, they are a portrait of a child set against a white backdrop. Generally, there is very little else in the portrait other than the child, and classic children's clothing comprises the wardrobe. These charming, vignetted portraits will become treasured family heirlooms that will be passed down through the generations.

What is the appropriate age for Children's Heirloom portraits?
There is no correct age, but babies from about 6 month to 8-years-old are typical. These portraits are best suited for children who can sit unassisted and older.
Where do Heirloom Children portraits take place?
Portrait sessions run anywhere from 5-15 minutes and take place in my studio in Roswell, GA. If you would like to host an in-home mini-session with your friends, this is also a very fun option!
What should my child wear?
When you book your Heirloom Children portrait session, I will share a wardrobe guide with you along with a list of online boutiques. For an authentic heirloom look, choose clothing with details such as lace collars, smocking, etc. It is also increasingly common for some families to pair modern, casual clothing with this portrait style.
How will I receive my images?
Within 3 weeks of your sitting, I will deliver 8-10 (sized at 4x5/8X10) fully-edited images for digital download via online gallery; these are included with my sitting fee. However, it is important to understand that heirloom portraits are pieces of art intended to be proudly displayed on your wall. As such, I offer museum quality, custom framed wall art which I can design for you from start to finish at your personal design and order session.
